Mobility and Stretch

Fitness for All

General fitness training for all abilities.  Exercises include: cardiovascular fitness, callisthenics, muscle tone/endurance, core stability, balance and Pilates style exercises to help improve everyday functional fitness.


Run by a qualified Instructor the class takes place every Tuesday from 9am till 10am

Iyengar Yoga

Mobility and Stretch

Fitness for All

Iyengar Yoga is a safe way to practice yoga. It tones muscles, strengthens and invigorates the whole system whilst relaxing the mind.


This class is suitable for all ages and includes a 5 -10 minute relaxation session at the end


Run by a qualified Yoga Instructor the class takes place every Tuesday from 10:45am until 12:30pm

This class aims to release muscular tension, develop core strength and reduce mental and physical fatigue.


Run by a qualified Instructor the class takes place each Thursday from 9:30am until 10:30am

Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics

Mobility and Stretch

 Exercising in water is a safe, pleasant and fun way of improving fitness and coordination.


This activity is run by volunteers and attendees 

donate money per session which goes to St Luke’s Hospice.  Since 2008, the group has been able to collect over £9,000 for this worth while local charity.


Water Aerobic sessions run every Wednesday from 10:30am to 11:30am

Zumba

Water Aerobics

Zumba

This aerobic full body fitness class involves exercising to music.  Benefits include boosting your metabolism, improving your co-ordination and it is great fun too.


Zumba is run by a qualified Instructor and the class takes place most Thursdays from 7pm till 8pm
