Delamere Park Clubhouse Access

The Clubhouse is open every day of the year, accessible to all permitted users from10am until the bar closes every day.

All adults require a personal access fob to gain entry into the facilities. Access fobs can be obtained by submitting the below application form along with an up-to-date photograph for each applicant.  

Access fob’s are provided free of charge to all new Delamere Park residents, and are available for all permitted tenants for a small non-refundable fee (see tenant access below).

Any resident who forgets to bring their access fob, may not be permitted entry to the Clubhouse.

Junior residents (12 - 17 years old) are permitted, with parental consent,  to have their own access fob.  These fobs will only provide them with access into the main Clubhouse corridor, toilets and reception areas.

If you wish to upgrade your Child's Junior fob, in order to allow them access into the swimming pool and squash courts then please complete the "Junior Sports Access" form below.

Please note that Parents/Guardians who allow their child unsupervised access to the spots facilities via "Junior Sports Access" take full responsibility for the Child's safety and behaviour at all times, even when the junior is unaccompanied in the building.  

DPML staff are not DBS checked and take no responsibility for unaccompanied children in the facilities. Juniors are not permitted into the Bar areas unaccompanied at any time

Early access is available for adults who wish to attend a morning exercise class or enjoy the early morning Adult only lane swimming.

To gain access to the facilities before 10am you will need to complete the early access form below. By signing the declaration and submitting the form you will be able to gain access from 7:30am weekdays and from 8am weekends. 

Tenants who live in a property on Delamere Park are permitted to use the Clubhouse facilities so long as their landlord/the owner of the property, has given up their own rights of access for the rented property.

Tenant access fobs will only be provided once up-to-date photographs for each applicant have been received, and the fee for the access fobs has been paid in full.  

Tenants are charged for their access fobs due to the additional administration costs associated with issuing these types of fobs, and the fact that they are rarely returned for re-use when a tenant moves.
