The Park’s Clubhouse was rebuilt after a disastrous fire in 2004 which completely destroyed the building and with it the heart of the community.
The Clubhouse has two bars with a wide range of beers, spirits and wines which is open every evening and weekend for residents and their guests. The Sports bar has a pool table and dartboard and 2 screens which show all the major sporting events. The Clubhouse also has a lounge area in the bar and a Park Room which are used to host regular social activities, including social evenings, user group clubs, exercise sessions and indoor bowls. The Park Room is also available for residents’ private celebrations.
The Clubhouse also has a range of leisure facilities including a recently refurbished heated swimming pool & changing rooms and two glass backed squash courts.
Bar staff and a team of receptionists provide a welcoming face to residents and guests alike and are able to advise and assist residents in answering queries and booking any of the facilities available to residents of the Park.
In addition to the communal amenity land, the Park has a central ‘Green’ open space together with a fully maintained children’s play area and two floodlit tennis courts. The Park is also a warren of footpaths and walkways which provide the perfect environment for leisurely strolls or gentle exercise.
